COVID-19 Update

On behalf of Highland Rehabilitation Centre, we want to thank our patients and their families for their support during this difficult time. As a locally owned business the health and safety of our community and our front-line workers is our top priority.

Based on the recent recommendations of the federal, provincial and medical authorities regarding COVID-19, we made the difficult decision to temporarily close our doors to face-to-face physical therapy, athletic therapy, and massage therapy effective March 17, 2020. We will reopen to the public when it is deemed safe to do so. We have tentatively set this date for April 20, 2020 however we are monitoring the ever-changing situation daily and will continue to provide updates of our status on our website, social media, by email and phone to keep our patients informed.

In response to the uncertainty of our current situation, Highland Rehab has implemented a telehealth framework that will support the rehabilitation of our current physical therapy patients while being made available to new patients.  Research shows an experienced physical therapist can provide an assessment by video and accurately diagnose and develop an effective treatment plan. Patients will require a computer, tablet, or smartphone to utilize this service and Highland Rehab will provide you with a URL link to connect.

We will be contacting our current patients and referrals over the next 2 weeks. If you would like to inquire about a telerehabilitation appointment as a current or new patient please contact our administrative assistant at or by phone at 306-693-2893. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

From our families to yours, thank you so much for your support. We wish you and your loved ones health and safety during this difficult time.
