We would like to advise all our patients that we are currently operating with full services. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 numbers in our area we would like to assure everyone that we are continuing to maintain full precautions in our clinic to ensure both yours and our safety.
Please be aware:
We will be screening all patients and staff for symptoms consistent with COVID-19. Anyone who is symptomatic will be cancelled and rescheduled for a time when they are asymptomatic. No cancellation fees will be incurred if this is the case.
Our staff members will be wearing a mask at all times. Please bring your own medical grade mask (3 layer masks as recommended by the WHO are permitted). Masks are required at all times inside the clinic.
We will be using extensive cleaning measures including disinfecting all common areas and high touch areas after each patient. Plenty of hand sanitizer will be available for use. Hand washing sinks are available in each patient room as well as in our washroom.
Patients and therapists will be scheduled in a manner to ensure there are a limited number of individuals in the clinic and waiting area and to ensure adequate time for disinfecting common surfaces in between patients.
Patients are encouraged to attend appointments alone if at all possible (unless under the age of 14 please have a guardian present). Patients are encouraged to wait in their vehicle until their appointment time.
We will be encouraging all patients to keep a credit card on file with us for payment, to decrease surface and person contact.
We are still happy to see you virtually via a telehealth appointment should you prefer this at this time, no matter what the reason. Please be aware the situation may change at any time and we will have to adjust our practice accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to our admin staff or your therapist.
